Caselle is seeking a talented Technical Support Specialist to join our Customer Service team. The ideal candidate will respond to customer calls and provide outstanding service. The Technical Support Specialist will perform support of Caselle clients in a call center/help desk environment. Exceptional customer service skills, reliability, and strong work ethic defines this person.

 Duties:

  • Performs analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of information technology problems and recommends and implements corrective solutions
  • Manage incoming support inquiries via phone, email, and web
  • Successfully resolves customer concerns within acceptable time frames and service agreements
  • Assists customers with Caselle-related software problems
  • Assists with customer installs, configures, tests, maintains, monitors end-user workstations

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Exceptional Diagnostic problem-solving skills
  • Quick learner, able to implement knowledge quickly
  • 1-3 years of system support experience, or any combination of computer-related technical education
  • Experience working in a team environment, or collaborative setting
  • Reliable track record of work experience/history with good attendance
  • Experience with a ticketing tool such as Remedy, or others
