Who are we looking for?

Our ideal candidate is looking for an ideal part-time opportunity, somebody that has a passion for marketing, loves to learn, and has a strong team orientation. Caselle's part-time Marketing Specialist will provide an outstanding opportunity to develop marketing skills, work on relevant marketing campaigns, and promote Caselle's success. The Marketing Specialist will help develop, implement, and manage marketing initiatives for current and prospective Caselle customers. Successful applicants will possess solid marketing knowledge, be able to work on multiple projects, and meet timelines with quality and accuracy. Successful applicants will possess a can do attitude, fit well in the Caselle culture, and be able to work individually and collaboratively on projects.

What skills you need to be successful in this job:

  • Excited about the technical and numbers side of marketing.
  • MS Office, specifically Excel
  • Adobe Suite
  • Wordpress is desirable
  • Ability to assist Caselle's marketing team develop, implement, roll-out and manage marketing initiatives.
  • Update website content with guidance from marketing team.
  • Lead distribution of e-newsletter; including articles, information, and any applicable contests, etc.
  • Manage Caselle's online presence through Facebook, LinkedIn, Pintrest, etc.
  • Assists in coordinating direct mail, and other lead generation campaigns.
  • Relationship building marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct various customer surveys to determine satisfaction, needs, and other general information.
  • Works with Caselle management to determine selection of marketing media, and products to be marketed.
  • Support sales initiatives through tradeshows, lead generation campaigns.
  • Gathers and organizes information to plan marketing campaigns.
  • Must demonstrate initiative and diligence with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Must be willing to accept ad-hoc projects and respond quickly in a dynamic environment.
  • Must have the ability to work well as a part of a team to meet high product standards and requirements.
  • Willing to explore "outside the box" non-traditional marketing for niche clientele (public entities, local government, water districts, etc.)
  • Assist in conducting market research for existing and prospective customers.
